… that District residents have a right to shelter when the temperature or wind chill falls below freezing? 

…. that, by law, your landlord cannot evict you when the temperature is below 32 degrees?

…. that you can call the Energy Hotline 24 hours a day/7 days a week if your heat has been turned off?

As the temperature drops, this is critical information for persons living in poverty here in the District.
