The Chief Judges of the District of Columbia Court of Appeals and the Superior Court of the District of Columbia, with support from the D.C. Access to Justice Commission and the D.C. Bar Pro Bono Program, created the Honor Roll in 2011 to acknowledge the vital role that private and federal government attorneys play in providing pro bono services to those in our community who cannot afford counsel. The Honor Roll recognizes attorneys who provided 50 or more hours of pro bono service during the year. Attorneys providing 100 hours or more of pro bono service are recognized on the “High Honor Roll.”

To register for the Honor Roll, you simply submit an online declaration indicating that you have provided 50 hours of pro bono work or more in 2013. Bulk applications may be submitted by office administrators.

Submissions are due by February 15, 2014. Participating attorneys will be recognized on the Courts’ website and elsewhere, so don’t miss out on receiving the recognition you deserve! Register today!
