Litigation Section of DC Bar Issues Public Statement Opposing Cuts To Legal Services

The Litigation Section of the D.C. Bar issued a public statement on Wednesday July 29 opposing cuts to civil legal services by the District government. If enacted, the cuts would reduce city funding of legal services by 50% and threaten as many as 20 attorney positions throughout the community. We are grateful for the Section’s support.
